1. These seem different to me and I am sure the job descriptions under the ONET page would also be different for these SOC codes. This would mean your AC21 will be risky.

Did you already applied for H1 extention and got RFE or you are just assuming you might get RFE. I recently applied extention for another 3 years and got it successfully. Our AOS is also pending. So dont worry. Anyway it is you choice to use EAD and extend every year.

Do u think, we did't do that.. We did everything possibly we could but of no help and been to three diffrent DMV's.. same old crap.. This seems to be a bigger problem than getting GC.. now we will be restrictited of driving too??

It is not illegal per se if your actual salary is less than that mentioned in LC. It is however detrimental to your GC case.
Only at the 140 stage and for small companies. The OP has clarified that his 140 is approved and he works for a big company.

In such cases, the PO Box owner or auth rep. takes the note that is left in the PO Box and collects the mail piece. This also applies for signature confirmation and other USPS services that requires a signature
The online status of my package on USPS tracking page shows same message as yours. It just struck me that how can a certified mail be delivered to the agency if one is sending it to a PO Box. I mean how can USPS get a delivery signature from a real person if the address is not a physical address, but a PO Box number. Any thoughts?

The Federal government is about to start knocking on the doors of employers, demanding to see I-9 records and more. An employer is usually required to produce this documentation within three days. A sample I-9 subpoena is below.

My wife is in h4 now and received the EAD. I also received it, everybody is saying if she uses her EAD her H4 will be invalid. Is that a good or bad thing? What about she lost her job after three months? what will be her status? also is we travel using the AP what will be her status? or it doesn't matter as long you have the EAD and AP......

I received a Transfer notice today for both me and my wife suggesting that our I-485 petitions have been transferred to the local USCIS office. Below is the exact message.
Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.
On April 30, 2009, we transferred this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our LOS ANGELES, CA location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case has been sent to our LOS ANGELES, CA location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Ask your attorney to file an MTR. (ensure it done within 30 days of denial). When you file an MTR it sent back to the service center that had actually denied the petetion (in your case NSC) asking the IO to revisit his decsion (with any additional information that your attorney would add). If the IO is unable to make a decision, then he will refer your case to Administrative Appeals Unit.

Does this mean 7 % limit per country is set to combined total of FB and EB category and not just EB? Also, does this mean 25,620 annual visa can be allotted for either one of these preferences, EB or FB?:confused:
I have heard earlier that EB preference limit per country is ~9,800. How true does it stand by sections in INA?

Let us form a group who are pushing to introduce Ammendment for Filling I485, AP &EAD when I140 approved/pending, eventhough Cut-off dates are not reached for EB category immigration. Please discuss here weather any work being done to introduce this ammendment with present Comprehencive Bill.
